I know this woman as yulya or Julia. She wrote me several very nice letters. Then one, after an absence of a bout two weeks I received a letter saying that her mother had been killed in an auto accident. She was with musician friends of hers when the accident happened. She asked me for $2,500 US to burry her mother as her father cannot do so.

The International Fraud Service, Of which I am a senior investigating officer, is looking for her.

She is wanted for several cases of fraud and cashing of stolen cheques.
